They are the healthy and clean seeds of Sinapsis alba and Brassica juncea; spherical seed barely one or two millimeters in diameter, with a color ranging from yellowish-white to dark brown; aromatic, acrid and spicy flavor. It is grown in many countries, although the most common origin of our products is Canada.

Mustard seeds are essential in oriental curries; like masala undey (fried egg curry), in tadka, kebab or thoran cabbage. It is also an essential ingredient in vinaigrette, scotch sauce, cheese sauce, and tartar sauce.
