Dry product obtained by grinding the ripe, healthy and clean fruits of Capsicum annum or Capsicum longum peppers; or part thereof. The types can be distinguished: sweet, bittersweet and spicy. There are “smoked1” varieties obtained during the drying process. When it is coarsely ground (scaly appearance), it is usually called “paprika leaf”. We only sell paprika made in Spain with peppers from Spain and/or Peru and/or China.

The applicationsof smoked paprika/b>: It is very common useof smoked paprika/b>for making sausages such as chorizo, sobrassada,... As well as in the preparation of marinades, such as mussels, sardines,... or meat marinade.
