This cream is very thick and oily but it does something wonderful to your skin if you suffer from acne. I still get them occasionally and this is what works great for me: first put a drop or black seed oil on my face, then follow with this cream and by morning acne are very much reduced. I used to use La Roche Posay but it dried my face too much so I started using this and this really works.
