This unglazed clay tajine dish brings a rustic character to your dishes. Perfect for cooking directly over a wood fire or on a gas stove, it adapts to different preparation methods.
Made following ancestral techniques, ceramics are created without the use of chemicals. The carefully selected red clay is worked on a stone-plate, decorated in a simple and artisanal way. Then, it is dried and baked in a traditional wood-fired oven. Thanks to this process, tajines, plates, pots, bowls and kitchen utensils are made, all of them recognized with the quality seal and designation of origin granted by the Ministry of Crafts.
Each piece is unique, as they are made by small artisan families who keep this tradition alive.
