Garlic and parsley is a traditional preparation based on minced parsley and garlic that is added to some dishes (sautéed mushrooms, Provençal tomatoes...). Ruca garlic and parsley is packaged with a protective seal to preserve all its aroma and flavor. Its small size allows it to be easily stored and tested in its different varieties.
