2-Form the falafel balls with a soup spoon, or with a specialized spoon for falafel, if possible.
3-Fry the balls in oil until they turn golden-brown and are crispy.
4-Remove the balls and place them on a piece of paper to absorb the oil.
5- Serve with lettuce, tomato or sauce.
